» Feature Writer Barbara Melville - Discussions to be made read-only

Hi guys, I'm afraid the discussions sections will shortly become read-only. This is because the comments feature has now been brought in. This allows you to comment on individual articles, where you will be able to continue your discussions. The "comment" button is located at the bottom of each article.

Unfortunately as a writer I have no authority on the closure, but what I will do is start up a new forum for these discussions to be continued. I will post this information on the Personality/Anxiety/Mood Disorders blog at the weekend (the blog is linked to on the green menu on the left). I'll also see what other support is available.

Dear Barbara:
Thank you for whatever you can do. I will search for where we can discuss this forum...but I just got back on this site after 3 years and I feel like it is helping another member...isn't what this site is for...I just want to be able to discuss with this person.. I'm sure you understand, but I understand if it is beyond your control. Three years ago I accidentially found this site and at the time it was a blessing to me..it helped me make the decisions I had to make and did make and I just want that to be available to the people that come here to ....find help. Its hard enough to dig into this site to find what you need. Just didnt' want to make it harder on the others. Again thanks for your information. Believe me without Sutie 101 I would not have found out the type of person (thing) I was dealing with.

Thank you
Kristina

Hi Kristina,

Oh I totally understand! You guys have something good here and I would like it to continue as well. I have used similar forums in the past for support and I would have been devastated if they had been removed. Assuming it's ok for me to do so, I am going to set up a forum at the weekend as I have some web space available, though do let me know if you'd rather go somewhere that's already set up. happy
